  • Define the collaborative approach to use with your cross-functional team.


Identify the key factors that motivate and secure engagement with your projects:

  • Identify the tools that boost motivation when you have no hierarchical authority.
  • Understand the group dynamics and what makes individuals feel engaged with a project.


Establish yourself to maximise engagement and collaboration:
