Management training - 3 | Manage “difficult” employees

Nurture constructive behaviour

form-home1.svg

Develop a leadership style that works with any individual and any situation

You will lead by example as a manager: you will communicate positively and effectively, whoever you are dealing with and what situation you are in.

You will learn how to manage more “difficult” employees and help them adopt more constructive ways of working.

You will become a manager on whom people can depend in any situation

Responding to your needs

Before we do anything else, we start by listening to you. We want to understand what you find challenging and what holds you back so that we can offer the solution that actually meets your needs.

We make sure that each participant gains practical skills that they can use in real-life situations.

Our ambition is to be a partner that is easy to work with, and that offers excellent value for money.

That is what we have been doing for over 20 years.

The goals of our management training - Level 3

We use Process Com® to help you manage your “difficult” employees more successfully because:

  • This model is surprisingly easy to use and offers some very practical tools.
  • It helps identify effective ways of dealing with people with a negative communication and working style.

Our training will teach you how to:

  • Adopt an exemplary managerial style in any situation.
  • Have a positive, long-term impact on how “difficult” colleagues work.

What you will learn

Understand Process Com®:

  • The different Process Com® personality types (complete the Process Com® inventory, explain and confirm your profile).
  • Its applications.
  • Use the model ethically and effectively.

Get to know yourself so you can work more effectively:

  • Identify your Process Com® personality profile.
  • Understand your communication style.
  • Understand your leadership style.
  • Identify your needs to become positive, constructive and effective.
  • Learn how to recognise when you miscommunicate or don’t work as well.
  • Recreate the perfect conditions for managing your team as successfully as possible.
  • Think about the example you set: adopt a positive, constructive and effective managerial style in any situation.
  • Find out how your profile can evolve over time and how you can improve.

Understand your colleagues so you can manage them better:

  • Identify your colleagues’ personality profile.
  • Take on their communication styles (their channels, their perceptions, their psychological needs, their energy levels).
  • Use the leadership style they need to be effective.
  • Develop your ability to “work your way up the different floors in your building” to communicate successfully with all Process Com® profiles.
  • Create the environment they need to flourish professionally.
  • Application: mapping out your team.

Manage more difficult employees:

  • Understand what triggers their "stress" and what they need to operate properly.
  • Adopt the right strategies.
  • Develop a supportive communication style to help them overcome their issues permanently.

Put what you have learned into practice:

  • Communication exercises for all Process Com® types.
  • Exercises for managing people who communicate or operate badly.

Create your action plan.
