Respect for confidentiality:

Anything said or shared during a training or coaching session stays strictly between the individual(s) being trained or coached, and the trainer or coach. The examples that we use are anonymous.


Respect for opinions:

We respect the opinions of all participants (as long as they are well-intended). We create a non-judgemental space in which to work.

Our trainers and coaches make sure that the individuals we train and coach feel at ease, comfortable to move around, speak or not share certain information, and most importantly, that they feel that they can be themselves (our ability to learn, evolve and grow is seriously impaired when we are stressed, suspicious and tired).

All of our attitudes, reactions and behaviours are driven by positive intentions: this means that the individuals that we train and coach can learn, evolve and grow.

We might sometimes suggest a different perspective to our participants, to provoke surprise or shock; when we do this, we are always aware of and respect the individual’s sensibility and ecology.

We believe that the things that hold us back are based on our restrictive beliefs, which are triggered by stress, but do not automatically imply a lack of potential.
We are independent of any philosophical, religious or political movement. We always work in a spirit of independence.
We aim to meet the targets that our client has defined in terms of their learning and improvement. We do not try to market or promote products and services beyond the service that we provide.
