- Develop an active approach to listening, without judging and without offering advice.
Carry out a coaching interview:
- Apply the GROW process.
- Be aware of the profiles that GROW works for.
- Adapt the way you conduct your coaching interviews to the cognitive profile of your coachee.
- Develop a powerful way of asking questions and rephrasing what you say.
- Practice exercises for coaching interviews.
