Training on how to delegate

Delegate the right tasks to the right people

Make sure that delegation is a success

Our training helps you develop the 4 elements of successful delegation:

  1. Adopt the right attitude.
  2. Chose “what” to delegate.
  3. Manage “how” to delegate.
  4. Avoid obstacles and stumbling blocks.

You will secure the long-term commitment of your colleagues.

You will be better able to meet your organisation’s expectations and help your colleagues grow.

Responding to your needs

Before we do anything else, we start by listening to you. We want to understand what you find challenging and what holds you back so that we can offer the solution that actually meets your needs.

We make sure that each participant gains practical skills that they can use in real-life situations.

Our ambition is to be a partner that is easy to work with, and that offers excellent value for money.

That is what we have been doing for over 20 years.

  • Define any areas for improvement.

Manage difficult situations - obstacles and stumbling blocks

  • Identify any potential traps.
  • Tackle any organisational obstacles.
  • Manage any resistance in the manager or colleagues.
  • Find ways to arrive at a solution when delegating does not work.
