The goal of our management training
Our management training will teach you how to:
- Adopt attitudes and a communication style that will establish your credibility as a manager.
- Motivate your colleagues.
- Make effective requests.
- Give motivational feedback.
- Organise, structure and delegate work effectively and sustainably.
What you will learn
Adopt a motivational communication style:
- Communicate positively, constructively, with the focus on action.
- Develop a proactive way of listening.
Motivate your colleagues:
- Identify what demotivates people and correct them.
- Use tools that boost motivation.
Get positive, sustainable results:
- Organise work, prioritise.
- Delegate effectively.
- Make effective requests.
- Give motivational feedback.
Put what you have learned into practice:
- Improve your ability to become a motivational manager via exercises and role play.
- Improve your ability to put things into practice.
Target audience
Team managers, team leaders, managers, directors with experience or who have already completed basic management training.
Intra-company training groups
Languages: French, Dutch, English.
Recommended duration: 2 days of training followed by 1 optional consolidation day.
Locations: remote training or in company training in France, Belgium, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, Canada.
Dates: to be decided by mutual agreement.
Budget: please ask.
