What you will discover in the MBTI® Level 2 programme
Some participants in the MBTI® Level 1 programme find it difficult to clearly identify their personality type. Certain behaviours may seem to contradict their MBTI® type.
This MBTI® Level 2 programme helps you gain a deeper understanding of your profile.
You will identify your natural preferences (your MBTI® type in the strict sense) as well as your behavioural habits. This will allow you to reconcile these apparent “contradictions” within your profile and confirm its accuracy.
You will therefore gain a more refined and nuanced understanding of how you function.
MBTI® Level II Training Content
Identification of participants’ needs
Review and refresh of the fundamentals (*):

Objectives of the MBTI Level 2 Programme
This programme is designed to take you beyond a basic understanding of your MBTI® profile and to help you identify your behavioural patterns (known as “facets”).
You may be interested in this programme if you wish to:
- Develop a deeper understanding of your MBTI® profile;
- Gain insight into habitual behaviours you may display that seem at odds with your profile;
- Clarify and validate your MBTI® profile.
This programme can be offered in two formats:
- As an advanced follow-up to an MBTI® training programme, for those who wish to explore their profile further;
- As a complete MBTI® pathway, Levels 1 and 2.
A committed and inspiring trainer
The training programme will be led by Jean-Luc Dupont, an MBTI® specialist and MBTI certified trainer – Levels 1 and 2.
More than just a trainer, Jean-Luc shares the MBTI® with passion and a strong sense of humanity. Over the years, he has continuously enriched his practice through ongoing training, conferences, masterclasses and complementary approaches such as ActionTypes, MTRI, systemic coaching and Process Com…

What truly sets him apart? Two qualities consistently recognised by those who work with him:
- His ability to bring the MBTI® to life in a way that is accessible and practical, using examples that resonate with participants’ real-life experiences.
A natural talent for building connections and fostering better understanding between people.
In his training sessions, Jean-Luc always places a strong emphasis on practical application.
- For him, the MBTI® goes far beyond a theoretical discovery: it is about creating a meaningful experience, taking ownership of one’s profile and gaining practical insights that can be applied in both personal and professional life.
His book on the MBTI®: "Vous êtes unique, vos interlocuteurs aussi. Collaborer efficacement et vivre en harmonie avec tous les types de personnalité" clearly reflects this approach. It offers a clear and illustrated introduction, followed by an in-depth exploration of how the MBTI® can be used in professional life.
This book is the result of Jean-Luc Dupont’s 20 years of experience working with the MBTI®.
